Murder Charge Over Primrose Hill Stabbing

A 21-year-old man, Finbar Sullivan, was fatally stabbed in Primrose Hill, prompting authorities to charge a 27-year-old suspect with murder. The incident occurred near a scenic viewpoint in north London on Tuesday. Oliuwadamilola Ogunyankinnu, from Southbury Road in Enfield, was apprehended on Friday and formally accused of the crime on Sunday.
Ogunyankinnu is scheduled to appear at Stratford Magistrates’ Court on Monday. Meanwhile, a 25-year-old man arrested on suspicion of aiding the offender has been released without charges. The Metropolitan Police confirmed that the investigation remains active.

Officers also discovered a second individual, in his 20s, with stab wounds on Regent’s Park Road nearby. He was hospitalized but is expected to recover fully. No further details about his condition or the incident’s circumstances were provided.

Finbar Sullivan, a student at the London Screen Academy, was described by his father, Chris Sullivan, as a cherished son. “All of his friends called him the light, the leader. His friends’ parents loved him. That’s why this loss feels so devastating,” the father told BBC London.
